In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a free replacement, where applicable. To assist with this process, we may reach out to confirm the condition of the item before issuing a refund or replacement.

Please be aware that we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds on sale items, products that have been opened or used, or orders placed with discounts. Paradyes is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery.

Once your return is shipped back to us, please allow 1–3 weeks for us to complete your request. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

For any shortages or damages, please contact our customer service on the day of delivery to ensure prompt assistance.

Orders refused at the time of delivery are not eligible for refunds. Similarly, no refunds will be processed for returned items purchased during sales or with discount codes.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made before your order is shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. If the order is refused at delivery, we will deduct applicable shipping and packing charges from your refund.

Please note that cancellations and returns are not available for orders placed with discounts or during sales events.
