For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process.

For customers wishing to change the color of their order after fulfillment, please note that we are unable to accommodate shade modifications. However, should you still desire a change, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please allow the following number of working days from receipt of your order:

5-7 days business days for domestic delivery.

Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities and national/ festive holidays and it can take up to 7-14 business days for domestic deliveries. Further delays can be expected in remote areas.

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

Paradyes takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

For any shipping related issues, a complaint should be registered before the product is shipped from the warehouse. 

All post-delivery related grievances or complaints should be registered within 24 hours of receiving intimidation regarding delivery/ receiving the product. 

Paradyes is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Returns will be applicable only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as and when applicable. We would contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
