Shipping policy

For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process.

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order:

7-14 business days for domestic delivery

14-21 business days for international delivery(PS: international deliveries maybe subject to customs duties that the customer will have to pay to receive the package. We only charge shipping fee and not customs)

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

• Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of 2 or more products
• Rs. 80 for orders of 1 product package when shipping in Gujarat
• Rs. 100 for orders of 1 product package when shipping anywhere else in India.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Paradyes takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Paradyes is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
